Our Resident Services team delivers supportive service programming and activities to our communities; bridging the gap between property management and residents, reducing barriers to stable housing, and increasing the social capital of our communities.

What We Do
We enhance the living environment of our communities through supportive services that ensure the mission of Hacienda CDC is brought to life.
OUTREACH
Identify residents who could benefit from our services and programs.
ASSIST
When needed, we support residents with forms and applications to access programming and resources.
BRIDGE
Service as a liaison between property managers and residents.
SUPPORT
Support resident efforts in community building initiatives and provide on-site and on-call assistance to address resident concerns or questions.
RESPOND
Respond to emergency or crisis situations that may arise between residents and apply conflict resolution skills.
