Las Flores is complete! Hacienda CDC and Community Development Partners worked together to build a new community-centered apartment complex designed around a communal green space in a quaint residential neighborhood just minutes from Clackamas Community College in Oregon City. Construction started in the Spring of 2022 and was completed Spring of 2024.

Project Details
Las Flores is designed with agricultural workers, immigrant, and low-income community members in mind. This affordable housing complex includes a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments within 3-story walk-up buildings.
Twelve units of Las Flores are designated for agricultural workers and their families. Thanks to a partnership with Northwest Housing Alternatives, 9 units are reserved for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness into stable housing. NHA and Hacienda CDC will provide community support and resident services. The property will be managed by Guardian Property Management.
